Spring Grove School
In partnership with the North County Joint Union School District, the YMCA is providing after school care at Spring Grove School. Our programs are designed to support students in our community by providing a safe place after school where students can stay active, remain social and receive academic and emotional support. Our program is conveniently held on campus until 5pm.
(ELOP) is a state funded program. YMCA works closely with Spring Grove School to offer Expanded learning programs to students. ELOP means before school, after school, summer, or intersession learning programs that focus on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of pupils through hands-on, engaging learning experiences. It is the intent of the Legislature that expanded learning programs are pupil-centered, results driven, include community partners, and complement, but do not replicate, learning activities in the regular school day and school year.
