Aqua Fit | Water Aerobics
A low-impact workout class done in a pool, offering a gentle way to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.
Bootcamp
Our bootcamp workouts consist of a mix of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training using weights and different equipment throughout the workout.
Butts & Guts
Glut and ab focused workout using compound movements to max out muscle growth.
Core Strength | Core & Recovery
These classes focus on building your core muscles such as your abs, glutes and legs through various exercises and equipment.
Dance for Fitness
A class centered around basic fitness movements at an up-tempo beat focusing on balance, coordination, endurance and fun.
Enhance Fitness
Enhance Fitness is an evidence-based group exercise and falls prevention program that helps older active adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered.
Flexibility & Mobility Training
This class uses body dynamic and static exercises to enhance range of motion and increase muscle length and elasticity to decrease the chances of injuries.
Full Body Barbell & Total Body
A sequence of core, legs and upper body workouts using a variation of barbells, free weight equipment or bodyweight.
HIIT
A high-intensity interval training workout that involves short bursts of strength and cardio followed by brief recovery periods. This class helps burn calories, lose fat, and gain muscle.
Kickboxing
This class will help you develop your cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, strength and agility.
Mommy & Me Aerobics
A fitness class where parents exercise in a pool with their babies or toddlers.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength.
Power Cardio
A high energy workout designed to provide conditioning to a variety group of muscles helps with cardiovascular endurance and increases stamina.
Power Circuit
A high energy workout designed to provide conditioning to a variety group of muscles helps with cardiovascular endurance and increases stamina. Participants will cycle through a series of stations featuring weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements, ensuring a full-body workout.
Spin Bootcamp
This high-intensity aerobic spin workout gets your heart pumping while targeting the lower body and core.
Xtreme Burn
Xtreme Burn is a group cardio workout set to upbeat music. It utilizes movements such as high knees, kicks, punches, jumping jacks and more to raise your heartbeat to an anaerobic level.
Xtreme Step
Xtreme Step is a high-intensity version of step aerobics set to hip-hop music for a fun cardio fitness experience.
Yoga
Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind.
Zumba
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout. The classes move between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.
Zumba Tone
Zumba Tone incorporates light weights to add an element of strength training to a familiar Zumba dance workout.
