          • Across the Body Toe Touches
          • Squat and Rotate
          • Cobra

 

Exercise Circuit

    • 10-15 reps each exercise
    • 1-3 rounds through the circuit
    • Choose a level, or round 1 do Level A, round 2 do Level B, round 3 do Level C
