REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 1, 2025!!

All campers must have their online registration forms completed and turned into the YMCA and payment balance paid prior to the camp session. No child may enter camp without completed registration forms or with a balance.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required per week/per child to guarantee a reservation in the day camp program.

IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION 

SAFETY

FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD & OTHERS

The Y has zero tolerance for physical harm.

Please remind your campers that rough housing is not tolerated. Campers physically harming another camper will be automatically sent home and can be removed from the program for the remainder of the summer.

Under no circumstances, should parents address issues with campers.

Any concerns should be brought to Camp Coordinator and/or Counselors.

 

WHAT TO BRING

Each day your camper needs:

  • (2) healthy snacks
  • non-microwavable lunch
  • water
  • sunscreen applied before they come to camp
  • personalized sunscreen to be applied throughout the day (YMCA does not provide sunscreen)
  • backpack to carry all their belongings
  • closed-toed shoes
  • sweatshirt or jacket
  • change of clothes if needed
  • sun hat

*Please LABEL all belongings with first and last name.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR CHILD WILL GET MESSY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. PLEASE DO NO SEND IN THEIR BEST.

WHAT TO LEAVE AT HOME

  • money (unless otherwise stated in advance)
  • games or toys
  • cell phones
  • electronic devices or games
  • gum and candy

DROP OFF

Drop off will begin at 9:00am.

PICK-UP

Campers are to be picked up by 4:30 p.m. and must be signed out by a parent or designated adult (over 18) when they leave Y-Camp.

Please provide YMCA Camp Director with written authorization for anyone other than a camper’s current designated adult to sign out the camper.

Late fee of $1 per minute per child will be charged for pick up time after 4:30pm.

*Parents must be ready to show I.D to staff when signing out kids daily.

At the Y, no one is ever turned away because they lack the ability to pay. We offer financial assistance so everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of the Y's valuable programs and services.
