Claudia Pizarro-Villalobos is a proud native of Salinas, CA. She earned a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and master’s degree from Harvard University and served as a Ford Fellow at the White House for Congressman Xavier Becerra. She is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications for Salinas Valley Health. She is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Central Coast YMCA, is an advisor for the Health Explorer program at Salinas Valley Health, an active member of the Salinas Rotary Downtown Club, and advisory member for California State University Monterey Bay, Women’s Leadership Council.

Claudia is married to Matt Villalobos who is a pilot and Vice President of Coast Automotive Warehouse. They have two children, Dylan Mateo, who is a student at Palma School and Alessandra Paloma, who is a student at Sacred Heart School. As a family, they enjoy traveling, racing go-karts, playing sports, and cooking meals together.
