Mr. Brandt has worked with the Clark Companies for over 30 years and currently contributes as a Contract Executive focused on northern and central California. From the Monterey and San Jose regional offices he leads CBG project-specific staff contributing to design, renovation, and construction of new rental housing. His current projects include market rate apartments in San Jose and a multiphase portfolio including over 2,000 homes, LEED® amenity buildings and over 40 historic renovations located at multiple sites throughout the Monterey Bay peninsula.

Mr. Brandt draws upon significant career experience as a Senior Superintendent managing field operations in Clark’s mid-Atlantic region. His project history includes construction systems from Type I to V. This skillset allows him to proactively contribution to construability review and value engineering while assisting the development team and design consultants. Mr. Brandt has managed a combination of both commerical and residential construction with diverse project highlights from the NIST Advanced Measurement Lab to the Strathmore Court at Whiteflint.

Mr. Brandt is a LEED® accredited professional and recently completed the design and construction of a 13,000 SF LEED® Silver community center. His additional responsibilties included management of job site financials and reporting for prevailing wage and contractor controlled insurance programs.
