Y FITNESS ORIENTATION
At the Salinas Family YMCA, we want you to feel confident and safe using any equipment in our facility. That's why we offer Y Fitness Orientations, included with your YMCA membership!
Our knowledgeable wellness coaches provide hands-on guidance, showing you how to use each machine or free weight exercise safely and effectively. They’ll also share pro tips to help you get the most out of your workout.
With such a wide variety of equipment available, we understand you might need more than one session—and that's perfectly fine! We're here to support you every step of the way.
