At the YMCA, we emphasize teamwork, interpersonal and physical skill development, and learn, firsthand, the benefits of being healthy and active.
We offer a variety of sports that encourage all participants reach their full potential. Participants will gain new skills, make new friends, learn friendly competition and more, all while staying active and having fun!

Inter-YMCA Sports League
Our new Inter-YMCA Sports League offers an exciting opportunity for kids in grades 3rd-8th to compete not only within their own community but also across the Central Coast! Players will face off against other YMCAs in up to two games per season, expanding their experience and connections. Extending our sports offerings to older youth, also helps us ensure that kids beyond the age of 6 have the chance to stay active and enjoy the benefits of team sports!

Volunteer Coaching
Here at the YMCA our coaches strive to provide the best experience while playing sports, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all!
To ensure the continued success of our programs, we actively seek parents who are enthusiastic about sports and committed to making a difference in the lives of our youth. If you're interested, please click below to complete the volunteer application and visit our branch to submit it.

At the Y, no one is ever turned away because they lack the ability to pay. We offer financial assistance so everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of the Y's valuable programs and services.
