It’s never too late to feel great! Our Active Older Adult programs can improve your overall wellbeing, as well as physical fitness. Our offerings include exercise classes and personal training for seniors to stay in shape at any age, wellness programs such as blood pressure self-monitoring and diabetes prevention, and social clubs for gardening and bridge.

At the Y, you'll foster new friendships, and build lasting relationships and community ties for you to stay connected and healthy in all areas of life.



Strengthen your heart, build muscle, increase bone density, and improve flexibility and balance. Designed for older adults, those with movement limitations, and anyone interested in moderate-intensity exercise. A body in motion stays in motion, and this class will help keep you moving, active and thriving.
