GET FIT WITH FRIENDS

Come get an energetic and dynamic workout in a supportive group setting! Our classes are small and intimate so you can get more personal attention and develop social bonds with your community. All fitness levels are welcome; your instructor will be highly experienced and happy to demonstrate modifications.

We also offer personal training for a fully customized exercise program and one-on-one attention.

BODY SCULPT

Continuous up-tempo strength training to define the entire body using a variety of free weights, calisthenics, and a killer soundtrack.

DAY: Tuesdays

TIME: 5:00pm-6:00pm

YOGA ROCK

Less Om. More cowbell.

DAY: Thursdays

TIME: 5:00pm-6:00pm

GOLDEN FITNESS

Designed for older adults, those with movement limitations, and anyone interested in moderate-intensity exercise. A body in motion stays in motion, and this class will help keep you moving, active and thriving. CLASS PASS

Your class pass covers unlimited classes per month and includes Child Watch.

FEES: $40/month*

You're welcome to come tour the branch, meet the instructor, and take a free class! *Annual program membership required to sign up.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

Youth ages 12 and up may participate in group exercise classes with parental supervision, while those 14+ may participate alone. For younger children, Child Watch is available and included with your class pass or personal training package. Child Watch is a drop-in service for your children ages 3-12 so you can fully focus on your goals with the peace of mind that your children are being looked after in a safe, healthy, and interactive space.
