EXERCISE ISN'T JUST FOR ATHLETES

All kids need an hour of exercise every day for physical and mental health. Physically active kids do better in school and are more likely to maintain healthy habits into adulthood. The Y's Fit for Kids program is offered as an alternative or supplement to traditional youth sports while instilling the same healthy habits, team-building, and discipline.

FIT FOR KIDS

Calisthenics, cooperative games, and age-appropriate resistance training for children 7 to 12.

DAYS: Tuesdays & Thursdays

TIME: 4:30pm-5:15pm

SESSION: August 6 - 29, 2019

FEES: $40/month* for 8 classes

*Annual program membership required to sign up.
