Whether you're just getting started or ready to take your wellness journey one step further, the Active Wellness Program is here to support you through movement, nutrition, and personalized care, all at no cost.
Open to all community members (adults 18+), this program brings together group fitness, health screenings, and fresh food support to help you feel your best.

This program is a result of a partnership between the Central Coast YMCA and the Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley, with funding provided by the Central California Alliance for Health.
